The Digi-Code 5040 300MHz mini key chain garage door remote is a neutral coloured transmitter with one button and is compatible with Multi-Code Remotes manufactured between 1982 and 1998.

To program your new Digi-Code remote, simply match the 10 dip switches on your existing Digi-Code 300MHz remote or receiver to your new remote.
Digi-Code Remotes can be used as a replacement for Multi-code remotes. When using a Digi-Code as a replacement for an existing Multi-Code remote, the 10 coding switches need to be set in the opposite direction.
Digi-Code – Switch in DOWN position = ON
Multi-Code – Switch in UP position = ON
